WRTC
courses ARE accredited.

In April 2005, WRTC signed
an agreement with University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.  With this agreement in place, WRTC students
can earn credits in courses approved and accredited by UWO and taught at the
WRTC campus.  Students may apply these
credits toward a degree program as the credits are transferable. A partial
tuition rebate may also be earned if satisfactory progress is made.

WRTC offers 3 degree programs.

The seven AA degree programs
are designed to meet the educational needs of students on and around the Wind
River Indian Reservation.  The degree
programs are:

Environmental Studies,
General Studies, Northern Arapaho Studies

WRTC is for EVERYONE!

Anyone, regardless of age,
sex, background, religion, including tribal members as well as non-tribal
members may attend WRTC.  The essence of
both the Mission
and Vision Statements is to serve the Wind River Indian Reservation and surrounding communities, providing
courses and support for persons interested in gaining the skills and knowledge
that higher education offers.  WRTC
wishes each and every individual success in learning.
